Meet the greek farmer
The Greek Farmer mused over a disused grain silo for years at his small holding in Hertfordshire. Wondering what could bring it back to life? In late 2019 the concept of a walk in smokehouse presented itself and it was from this simple idea that The Greek Farmer originated.
