This stuff is incredibly handy to have around - long-life, ambient, ready-to-eat or use as bacon with a very swift cooking time. Brilliant for wrapping around just about anything - asparagus, new potatoes, fish goujons, scallops..... A good resource to have if there is a powercut or out camping!

Hi Haig, I'm afraid we're not producing our air dried beef at the moment due to the rising cost of raw beef. We're hoping to bring it back for 2026
