Very tasty. Highly recommend. Would only be able to afford it as a treat now and then though . Wish there was more in a pack .

The meat texture was good with individual herbal/spice flavours which made them stand out from the usual deli fare. Most importantly to us is that the meat is from free range pigs so it’s a win/win. We will definitely be buying more. Haven’t tried the other items we purchased yet

These are a very interesting concept - ready to eat charcuterie, but also bacon (and excellent for wrapping asparagus or new potatoes) and crisping up. A very good, all purpose, ambient-storable and long-dated product - ideal for camping, powercuts, emergency supplies - and when you just need a spur of the moment treat because you deserve it....

It tastes like the bacon my dad used to make 60 years ago , came from a hand reared pig fed on restaurant waste .

This stuff is incredibly handy to have around - long-life, ambient, ready-to-eat or use as bacon with a very swift cooking time. Brilliant for wrapping around just about anything - asparagus, new potatoes, fish goujons, scallops..... A good resource to have if there is a powercut or out camping!

Three handy packs to keep in the fridge to liven up some every day dish. Started with the chorizo, not to over-poweringly paprika as so many often are. Very tasty indeed.

One word…….delicious !!!

It wasn’t actually trim, but large chunks of chorizo. However its delicious and weve used two bags already!

Updates were regularly made and delivered with in 48hrs but was a weekend also
