The Greek Farmer’s best-selling Air Dried Beef will be available as a Special Buy in selected Aldi stores across the southeast and east of England.

Based at Langley Hill Farm, the supplier won Aldi’s Next Big Thing, a Channel 4 TV series that gives British businesses the opportunity to pitch their products to Aldi and secure a contract. The Greek Farmer started trading in 2021 after Tony moved to Langley Hill Farm with his family and transformed the farm’s old grain silo into a smokehouse.

The business is the only UK producer of Greek-influenced charcuterie, inspired by Tony’s Greek Cypriot heritage. Tony says:
