Each salami stick has an abundance of uses, from ready to eat on a cheeseboard, tossed on a salad or used as a cooking aid in the kitchen.
Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.
All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 6+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
