Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is FREE for orders of £30.00 or more and £5.00 for orders below this.

Standard delivery is shipped via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, unless the order contains cheese in which case it’ll be sent via 24 hour tracked service.

Next day delivery

At checkout you have the option to choose next day delivery. Order by midday Monday to Friday and we'll despatch your order via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service which will arrive the following working day. This service costs £5.00 if your order is £30 or over and £8.00 if your order is below £30.

How long does my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all standard delivery orders within 1-2 working days after they are placed on a 48hr Royal Mail tracked service (24hr if it contains cheese). Typically you will receive your order within 2-3 working days after placing it.

If your order is URGENT then please select next day delivery.

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail tracked services for nationwide UK deliveries.

How is the order packaged for delivery?

All our products arrive in an outer cardboard carton and protective shredded card where appropriate.

In the warmer months orders containing cheese will also contain a thermal bag and ice pack (where necessary) to keep the cheese at its best.

All our cured meat & salami are shelf stable, meaning they do not require refrigeration & can be stored at ambient room temperature. Therefore we do not need to ship our products in chilled packaging.

We recommend refrigerating any cheese in your gift set asap to maintain it at its best quality.

Do i need to be home to receive my order?

Royal Mail can leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not home.
