Christmas Shipping

Last orders for guaranteed delivery before Christmas day is Friday 19th December at 4pm. 

Orders placed after this time will be shipped on Monday 22nd December but we cannot guarantee delivery before the big day.

Orders placed between the 24th to 28th December will be shipped on Monday 29th December.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is FREE for orders of £30.00 or more and £5.00 for orders below this.

Standard delivery is shipped via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.

At checkout you have the option to choose next day delivery. Order by midday Monday to Friday and we'll despatch your order via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service which will arrive the following working day. This service costs £5.00 if your order is £30 or over and £8.00 if your order is below £30.

How long does my order take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all standard delivery orders within 1-2 working days after they are placed on a 48hr Royal Mail tracked service. Typically you will receive your order within 2-3 working days after placing it.

If your order is URGENT then please select next day delivery.

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail tracked services for nationwide UK deliveries.

How is the order packaged for delivery?

All our products arrive in an outer cardboard carton and protective paper where needed.

We include a packing slip with the delivery which has no prices, so perfect for gifting.

All our cured meat & salami are shelf stable, meaning they do not require refrigeration & can be stored at ambient room temperature. Therefore we do not need to ship our products in chilled packaging.

Do i need to be home to receive my order?

Royal Mail can leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are not home.
