Our ever-popular pastourma spice blend, which coats our Great Taste Award-winning air-dried beef, is now available in a delicious salami! Made with British free-range pork, this salami is infused with seven aromatic spices, red wine, and oak smoke to create a rich, flavourful experience.
Enjoy it however you like – it’s perfect as a standalone snack, but it also makes an excellent cooking ingredient. The red hue of its oil adds a gorgeous touch to dishes like salmon, chicken, scallops, and pizza. Toss some into pasta or risotto for a flavour-packed twist, or use it as a substitute for chorizo in your favorite recipes.
Our salami is made with red wine from the Troodos Mountains of Cyprus and premium British free-range pork. It’s slowly fermented for up to 48 hours after being oak-smoked for 8 hours in our one-of-a-kind walk-in smokehouse. Then, it’s aged for up to three months in our state-of-the-art aging room to develop its full, complex flavour.
Shelf Stable for Your Convenience
All our products are shelf-stable, meaning no refrigeration is required, and they have a shelf life of 6+ months. In fact, they taste even better when enjoyed at room temperature. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating any leftovers – though we doubt there will be much left to store!
