A 65g sliced pack of ready to eat ham using British free range Blythburgh pork. A perfect ham to share alongside most cheeses to perfect your cheeseboard or simply top a slice or two on some buttered bread!
The fat of this ham gives it a beautiful creamy flavour, together with the red wine notes taken from the process we use of bathing the ham in wine of the Troodos Mountains for over a week to take on its lovely flavour.
Spiced in black pepper, oak smoked in our walk in converted grain silo smokehouse and cased within a natural beef casing where it is left to age in our ageing room for 3-4 months. Similar to Italian speck ham but differs from the wine bathing that gives our ham further flavour.
All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 3+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
