A selection of our best selling cured meats in a handy mixed charcuterie platter pack. The pack contains 60g of our award winning cured meats including: 20g air dried beef, 20g air dried ham and 20g aged picnic ham.
Soaked in our unique red wine bath for one week which adds a wonderful flavour profile. Spiced in authentic Greek spice blends before being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind smokehouse. Thereafter they are left to mature in our ageing room for 3-4 months.
All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 6+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
