Quality Ingredients and Craftsmanship
Our salami is made with premium red wine sourced from the stunning Troodos Mountains of Cyprus and 100% British free-range pork. It undergoes a slow fermentation process for up to 48 hours and is gently oak-smoked for 8 hours in our one-of-a-kind walk-in smokehouse. To develop its full, complex flavour, it is then aged for up to two months in our state-of-the-art ageing room.
Convenient and Shelf-Stable
All our products are shelf-stable, requiring no refrigeration and boasting an impressive shelf life of over 6 months. They actually taste even better when enjoyed at room temperature! Once opened, we recommend refrigerating any leftovers—although we doubt there will be much left to store!
