Each salami undergoes a meticulous fermentation process lasting up to 48 hours, followed by gentle oak smoking in our one-of-a-kind walk-in smokehouse. To develop its smooth and balanced flavour profile, it is then aged for up to one month in our state-of-the-art aging room.
Convenient and Shelf-Stable
All our products are shelf-stable, eliminating the need for refrigeration, and they come with an impressive shelf life of over 6 months. In fact, they taste even better when enjoyed at room temperature. We recommend refrigerating any leftovers once opened—although we doubt there will be much left!
