This is the chorizo reimagined with a Mediterranean flair. Infused with garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika, and a splash of Greek Cypriot red wine, then oak-smoked for 8 hours, our British free-range chorizo is delicate in flavour, never overpowering in garlic or heat. It’s the perfect balance of spice and smokiness with a unique Greek influence.
Whether enjoyed on its own with some cheese or added to your favorite dishes, this versatile salami is a pantry essential. Its subtle heat and fragrant spices make it ideal for a wide range of recipes, from tapas to pasta, or even on a pizza.
Made with premium British free-range pork and red wine from the Troodos Mountains of Cyprus, our chorizo is slowly fermented for up to 48 hours after being oak-smoked in our one-of-a-kind walk-in smokehouse. Then, it’s aged for up to one month in our state-of-the-art aging room to develop a smooth and balanced flavor profile.
Shelf Stable for Convenience
All our products are shelf-stable, so there’s no need for refrigeration, and they boast a 6+ month shelf life. In fact, they taste even better when enjoyed at room temperature. We recommend refrigerating any leftovers once opened — though we’re sure there won’t be much left to store!
