Loukaniko is renowned for its rich flavour, typically made with a the shinos seed of Cyprus, which contribute to its distinct taste. Our version incorporates the unique shinos seed, indigenous to the Mediterranean, offering a delightful nutty and earthy flavour profile that sets it apart from the rest.

Quality Ingredients and Craftsmanship
Our loukaniko inspired salami is crafted using red wine sourced from the picturesque Troodos Mountains of Cyprus and premium free-range British pork. Each salami is slowly fermented for up to 48 hours and oak smoked for 8 hours in our unique walk-in smokehouse, followed by a careful aging process of up to one month in our state-of-the-art aging room.

All our products are shelf-stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required, and they boast an impressive shelf life of over 6 months. In fact, they taste best when enjoyed at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack is opened—if there’s any left to refrigerate!
