Our salami is made using red wine sourced from the beautiful Troodos Mountains of Cyprus, paired with truly free-range British pork. Each salami is slowly fermented for up to 48 hours, oak smoked for 8 hours in our unique walk-in smokehouse and aged for up to one month in our state-of-the-art aging room, ensuring a depth of flavour that is truly remarkable.

All our products are shelf-stable, meaning no refrigeration is needed, and they boast an impressive shelf life of over 6 months. In fact, they taste best when enjoyed at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration only once the pack is opened—if there’s any left to refrigerate!
