Gorgeous eaten as is, slice thin or thick, the choice is yours. A lovely cooking salami with red hue oil that makes for an ideal accompaniment for salmon, chicken, scallops and pizza! Toss some in a pasta or risotto, its uses are endless. A perfect replacement when your recipe asks for chorizo.
Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for up to 48 hours after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.
All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 6+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
