Our award winning cured meats are handmade in Hertfordshire, no added sugars or nasties and 100% truly free range British pork and British grass fed beef.
Oak smoked in our converted walk in grain silo, marinaded in Cypriot dry red wine, spiced in a blend of authentic Greek Cypriot spice mix and matured in our humidity & temperature controlled ageing room for up to 3 months make our cured meats irresistible!
With use by dates of 6+ weeks you can order well in advance and have plenty of time to use them. We recommend refrigerating the cheese once delivered.
