The chorizo we all know and love but with a Greek twist! Spiced using fresh garlic, cayenne pepper & paprika, a drop or two of Greek Cypriot red wine for good measure and oak smoked for 8 hours.
A 100g whole piece of British free range pork salami that is delicate in flavour, not over powering in garlic or heat as some chorizo’s are. No bitter flavour from the smoked paprika as we only use paprika and smoke the sausage as a whole in our one of its kind smokehouse.
The ideal store cupboard salami that can be eaten as is with some cheese or used with an array of cooking dishes.
Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for 2-3 days after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.
All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 6+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
