Our whole zaatar medium gauge salami is the ideal choice, just slice off bite size pieces as you wish. The spice mix is based on the middle eastern za’atar spice blend, our blend is in house and allergen free.

Made with red wine from the Troodos mountains of Cyprus, free range British pork, slowly fermented for up to 48 hours after being oak smoked for 8 hours in our one of its kind walk-in smokehouse. Then aged for up to one month in our state of the art ageing room.
All our products are shelf stable, meaning there’s no refrigeration required and have 6+ months shelf life. In fact all our products eat better when at room temperature. We recommend refrigeration once the pack has been opened, that’s if you have any left to refrigerate!
