This delightful salami features a spice mix based on the traditional Middle Eastern za’atar blend, crafted in-house to be allergen-free. The za’atar spice blend typically includes ingredients like dried thyme, oregano, marjoram, sesame seeds, and sumac, creating a unique balance of earthy, nutty, and tangy flavours.

Crafted with Quality Ingredients
Our zaatar salami is made using red wine sourced from the stunning Troodos Mountains of Cyprus, paired with free-range British pork. Each salami is slowly fermented for up to 48 hours and oak smoked for 8 hours in our one-of-a-kind walk-in smokehouse, then aged for up to one month in our state-of-the-art aging room.
